We focus on the most vulnerable populations and expand the scope of pathologies and territories in order to respond to current eye health needs, always working hand in hand with local authorities and stakeholders and investing in training as a tool for the future.<\/p>\n<p>To become a benchmark in <strong>quality and efficiency,<\/strong> this new stage also promotes a more <strong>efficient, innovative and transparent<\/strong> way of working. We simplify and standardize processes, incorporate new technologies and reinforce a culture of continuous measurement. The plan includes clear indicators, regular review spaces and digital transparency tools that will make it possible to consult the implementation status in real time and capitalize on knowledge and experience in order to scale up best practices.<\/p>\n<p>The Foundation\u2019s <strong>sustainability<\/strong> is a central pillar. We diversify funding sources and innovate in fundraising, combining earmarked funds with non-earmarked funding streams in order to move towards greater financial independence. At the same time, we promote strategic alliances that increase impact and knowledge exchange, ensuring the resilience of projects even in adverse contexts.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, we want to consolidate Eyes of the World as a <strong>benchmark in eye health and cooperation<\/strong>.
