He holds a degree in<strong> Economics from the University of Barcelona and a degree in Business Administration from ESADE Business School<\/strong>. He also participated in the Programme for Leadership Development of IESE Business School.<\/p>\n<p>After working in the marketing department of Vileda, he joined Danone in 1990. At Danone, he occupied several positions until he became the <strong>Director General of the Spanish branch of the company in 2002<\/strong>. In 2007, he was promoted to Manager of Fresh Dairy Products in Southern Europe.\u00a0 Finally, in 2009, he became the CEO of the division, with branches in over 50 countries.<\/p>\n<p>In 2011, he joined <strong>Louis Vuitton where he was the CEO until December 2012<\/strong>.
