In line with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), our aim is to ensure the site is accessible to everyone, regardless of their abilities.<\/p><h2>Standards applied<\/h2><p>The Foundation\u2019s website complies with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.<\/p><p>Requirements met:<\/p><ul><li>Full keyboard navigation.<\/li><li>A link to skip directly to the main content for keyboard users.<\/li><li>Accessible interactive elements (drop-down menus, buttons, links, etc.).<\/li><li>Visible focus indicator and logical tab order, following the page structure.<\/li><li>Informative content images with descriptive alternative text.<\/li><li>Decorative images correctly marked up so that screen readers ignore them.<\/li><li>Adequate colour contrast between text and background (minimum WCAG 2.1 AA level for normal text) and in interactive elements.<\/li><li>No information is conveyed solely through colour.<\/li><li>Use of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). A hierarchical and consistent structure of headings (H1, H2, H3) that reflect the structure of the content.<\/li><li>Website available in Catalan, Spanish and English with an accessible language selector.<\/li><li>Content is written in plain and inclusive language.<\/li><li>The Lato typeface is used, which is recognised as being highly accessible both for readers and for screen-reader software. Similarly, an optimal line spacing is applied to make the text easier to read.<\/li><li>Design adapted for mobiles and tablets without compromising accessibility.<\/li><li>Compatibility with screen readers and other assistive technologies.<\/li><\/ul><p>Areas of partial compliance:<\/p><ul><li>Embedded third-party content (social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn or X) may not fully comply with WCAG.<\/li><li>Some PDF documents, particularly those created by third parties or older documents, may have accessibility limitations.<\/li><li>Videos that contain subtitles, but no audio description or alternative media.<\/li><\/ul><h2>Compliance status<\/h2><p>The Eyes of the world website partially complies with accessibility guidelines.\u00a0<\/p><h2>Non-accessible content<\/h2><p>There are certain PDF documents that do not comply with accessibility standards in terms of structure, as well as the annual accounts prepared by an external auditor.
