Board of trustees

The Board of Trustees is the governing body responsible for ensuring that the Foundation fulfils its mission, and it delegates the implementation of its strategic initiatives to the Executive Committee. The Board of Trustees meets twice a year in ordinary session and in extraordinary session whenever necessary. The Executive Committee meets on a monthly basis.

Members of the Board of Trustees do not receive any remuneration for the performance of their duties.
