The Foundation is registered in the Register of Foundations of the Generalitat de Catalunya (Catalan Government) No. 1.568 (July 18th, 2001).

The main objective of the Eyes of the world Private Foundation is to provide quality ophthalmological care in countries with a medium and low development index.
