Núria Ramon i Garcia was born in Barcelona in 1967. She earned a Law degree at the University of Barcelona in 1990. She specialised in corporate law by undertaking a postgraduate degree at Abat Oliba CEU University and went on to take specialisation courses in law, business administration, human resources and public administration.

Later in her career, Núria Ramon specialised in management of non-profit organizations by participating in the Management in Non-Governmental Organizations Programme offered by ESADE Business School (2003–2004) and taking the Postgraduate Course in Fundraising at the Continuous Professional Development Institute (IL3) of the University of Barcelona (2013–2014).

Núria Ramon started her career at the Government of Catalonia. She started out as a regulations and procedures specialist at the Catalan Consumer Agency (1992–1993). She was soon promoted to Manager of the Office of the Minister of Justice of the Government of Catalonia (1993–2001). Finally, she became the Director General of Parliament Relations (2001–2003).

Her involvement with Eyes of the world began in 2001 as a founding member of the Board of Trustees. In addition, from 2003 until 2021, she has held the position of Director General of the Foundation, handing over to Anna Barba in October 2021. Since then, Núria Ramon has remained linked to Eyes of the world as Strategic Partnerships Officer.
