Graduated in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Barcelona in 1979. Since 1982 she has held various management positions within the Department of Health, among others, head of the Health Resources Division, head of the Minister’s Office and director of the Information and Communication Technologies Department at CatSalut between 1999 and 2004. The information system that they created at that time was a pioneer throughout Spain

In 2005 she was manager director of Dexeus University Institute; and later, until 2010, she was manager director of Barcelona Science Park, Private Foundation of the University of Barcelona. Later, and until 2016, she was consultant at Accenture in business development in the Health and Public Sector Area. In addition to participation in Councils and Government Bodies related to the positions themselves.

Currently, she is working on different projects related to digital health. Among them, she is responsible for Innovation and Projects Department at Hospital Comarcal del Pallars (Health Services Management) and advisor for Capital Cell in the evaluation of digital health projects.

She is also a member of the Board of Directors of Alt Pirineu i Aran at CatSalut and of the Board of Trustees of Puigvert Foundation.
